2. Course Fees and Payment:
   • The course fees are outlined on the Crest International Academy website and are subject to change without prior notice.
   • Applicants must pay the prescribed course fees in full or as per the installment plan agreed upon at the time of admission.
   • All fees are non-refundable except in cases where the Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the Academy’s refund policy.
3. Attendance and Punctuality:
   • Regular attendance is essential for successful completion of the course. Students are expected to attend all classes, practical sessions, and assessments.
   • Students must arrive on time for all scheduled classes and activities. Latecomers may not be allowed to enter the classroom after a certain grace period.
4. Code of Conduct:
   • All students are expected to adhere to the Academy’s code of conduct, which includes respecting faculty, staff, fellow students, and Academy property.
   • Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or unethical conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to disciplinary action, including expulsion from the course.
5. Intellectual Property:
   • All course materials, including lectures, presentations, study materials, and assessments, provided by Crest International Academy are the intellectual property of the Academy and are intended for personal use by enrolled students only.
   • Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of Academy materials without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Academic Integrity:
   • Plagiarism and cheating in any form are strictly prohibited. Students are expected to submit their original work for all assignments and assessments.
   • Any academic dishonesty may lead to serious consequences, including academic penalties and dismissal from the course.
7. Certification:
   • Students must fulfill all course requirements and achieve the minimum passing grades to be eligible for certification.
   • The Academy will issue certificates to successful students upon course completion and fulfillment of all obligations.
8. Liability and Responsibility:
   • Crest International Academy will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of its students and staff. However, the Academy shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on Academy premises.
   • Students are responsible for their personal belongings and should take appropriate care of their valuables.
9. Course Changes and Cancellations:
   • Crest International Academy reserves the right to make changes to course schedules, curricula, faculty, or any other aspects related to the courses without prior notice.
   • The Academy may cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided, as per the Academy’s policy.
10. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jharkhand, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
